Agreements under which FG Fabrics delivers to the consumer: our prices are, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, in Euro based on delivery ex FG Fabrics (ex factory), including V.A.T., but excluding import duties, other taxes, levies and duties and excluding the costs of loading and unloading, shipping and insurance.
Agreements whereby FG Fabrics delivers to the retailer / business buyer: our prices are, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing in Euro based on delivery ex FG Fabrics (ex factory), excluding V.A.T., import duties, other taxes, levies and duties and excluding the costs of loading and unloading, shipping and insurance.
The method of packaging and shipping is determined by FG Fabrics, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the buyer prior to the formation of the order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, packaging will not be taken back by us.
